PRIVATE EQUITY PARTNER (PEP) PROGRAM

Finanz offers a Private Equity Partner (PEP) program for investors looking for real-estate backed investment opportunities. Simply put, Finanz identifies and funds private money loans to qualified borrowers. Private Equity Partners (PEPs) are invited to participate in the funding of such loans and share the profit.

LIMITED EXPOSURE

The obvious advantage of the PEP program is the comparatively high return on investments with very limited risk exposure. Specifically, Finanz typically funds no more than 70% LTV. So, the entire loan is no more than 70% of the appraised value of the property. The Private Equity Partner, in turn, provides just 70% of the amount of the loan. Therefore, the investor’s money is secured with a LTV of just 49%.

Moreover, when inventory is available, PEPs are invited to participate in existing loans with a proven payment history.
